Welcome to HugFig. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to StellarLink Digital Technology Limited, trading as HugFig. We operate this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information about warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Section 1 - Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have consented to a minor dependent using the Services on a device you own or manage. Information you provide, including contact, billing, payment, shipping, and customization details, must be accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.

Section 2 - Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, materials, hand-finishing, 3D printing, and the custom manufacturing process. Product descriptions, availability, purchase limits, and prices may change without notice, subject to applicable law.

HugFig products are made to order using the photos, generated preview, options, and instructions you submit. A digital or AI-generated preview is illustrative and may contain artifacts, omissions, or reasonable differences from the uploaded photo and finished physical product. Review the selected preview and all customization details before adding the product to your cart and placing an order.

Section 3 - Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, listing errors, prohibited content, or inability to fulfill the requested customization. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because customized products may enter design or production quickly, we may be unable to accept changes or cancellations after production begins. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Purchases must be for personal or household use and not commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, import charges, and currency-conversion fees.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay the displayed charges and applicable fees.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Crafting and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, peak demand, or events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for current production times, delivery estimates, rates, and tracking information.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content

The Services, including HugFig branding, text, graphics, product photography, interfaces, software, and their arrangement, are owned by or licensed to HugFig and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other license is granted.

You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You grant us and the providers involved in preview generation, support, production, and fulfillment a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill your request.

You confirm that you own the submitted content or have all required permissions, including permission from identifiable people and, for a minor, their parent or legal guardian. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content. We may reject or remove content that violates these Terms.

Section 7 - Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. Those tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without endorsement or warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Your use of an optional tool is at your discretion and may be subject to the provider's own terms.

Section 8 - Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links or functionality provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent content, products, practices, or services. Review the third party's terms and policies before completing a transaction with them.

Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify

HugFig is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with HugFig. Shopify is not the seller of HugFig products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, or any loss arising from a purchase from us, except to the extent required by law.

Section 10 - Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, Shopify also processes information about access to and use of the Services under its own privacy terms. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live.

Section 11 - Feedback

If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback about HugFig, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. This does not transfer ownership of personal photos or confidential order information.

You confirm that you have the rights required to submit feedback and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. We may remove feedback that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, obscene, or infringing.

Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information in the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct or update inaccurate information and cancel affected orders, including after submission. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item.

Section 13 - Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not violate law or another person's rights, submit harmful or deceptive material, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, interfere with security, or misuse any part of the Services. We may suspend access, reject content, or cancel an unfulfilled order when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, Shopify, HugFig, or the Services.

Section 14 - Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security concern, legal requirement, or prevention of harm. Amounts already due remain payable. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Section 15 - Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Any express product promise and any non-excludable statutory warranty remain in effect.

Section 16 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarLink Digital Technology Limited, HugFig, and their directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including protected consumer rights.

Section 17 - Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse HugFig for reasonable losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or submission of content without the required rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct.

Section 18 - Severability

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 19 - Waiver and Entire Agreement

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement about your use of the Services and supersede earlier communications about the same subject.

Section 20 - Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.

Section 21 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.

Section 22 - Headings

Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

Section 23 - Changes to These Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms on this page. We may update them to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and take effect on the date stated in the notice.
