HugFig delivers personalized 3D creations worldwide. Because our products are custom-made, the total turnaround time includes both crafting and shipping.
Total turnaround time = crafting time + shipping time.
1. How It Works: Crafting & Delivery
Step 1: Crafting Time (10-15 Business Days)
Every HugFig is made to capture the details of your selected photo and preview. Production may include:
- High-precision 3D printing: layer-by-layer formation of the figure.
- Hand-polishing and curing: finishing for smooth texture and durability.
- Quality control: inspection before packing.
Crafting begins after the order and selected design are confirmed. Changes, corrections, or unusually complex designs may extend production time.
Step 2: Shipping Time (7-15 Business Days)
After the item passes final inspection, it is packaged and transferred to one of our logistics partners.
2. Shipping Rates & Global Delivery

- Remote destinations, customs processing, peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruption may cause delays.
3. Order Tracking
After shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the carrier's tracking link. You can also review your order history in your customer account. Allow 1-3 business days after the email for the carrier to publish the first tracking update.
4. Customs & Duties
- United States and Australia: customs duties are typically not charged on standard personal orders, but local authorities make the final determination.
- European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, and other destinations: shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Important Notes
Address accuracy: Check the shipping address before submitting the order. We cannot guarantee an address change after a package enters transit. Contact support@hugfig.com within 24 hours of ordering if a correction is needed.
Delays: Weather, customs inspections, carrier disruption, strikes, and other events outside our control can delay delivery. We will help you review available tracking information.
