HugFig does not sell uploaded photos or personal information for money. Like many online stores, we may use analytics, advertising, and social-media technologies that could be treated as selling, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.

Manage Your Preference

You may opt out by using the privacy or cookie preference control displayed on our site, where available, and disabling advertising or targeting cookies. We also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.

You can submit a request by emailing support@hugfig.com with the subject Privacy Opt-Out Request. Include your name, email address, country or state of residence, and enough information for us to locate your account or order. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.

What Happens After a Request

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authorization or confirmation directly from you. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

An opt-out does not prevent processing needed to provide the site, complete an order, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with law.
