At HugFig, we are committed to providing a safe and seamless shopping experience. We accept a variety of payment methods so checkout is simple and secure. The payment methods actually available for an order are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, or order.

1. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept supported major credit and debit cards through our checkout, including:

• JCB
• Maestro

Note: Card details are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers. HugFig does not store your full card information on its servers.

2. PayPal

Where PayPal is displayed at checkout, you can sign in to your PayPal account to complete payment. Eligible customers may also be able to pay as a guest with a credit or debit card. PayPal may perform currency conversion under its own rates and terms.

3. Digital Wallets

For faster checkout on supported devices and browsers, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available when displayed at checkout.

4. Security & Privacy

Checkout information is protected in transit using SSL/TLS encryption. Payments are processed through Shopify and PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. For details about how personal information is handled, review our Privacy Policy.

5. Currency and Payment Troubleshooting

The order total and billing currency are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees.

If payment is declined:

• Check the card number, expiry date, security code, and billing address.
• Make sure sufficient funds are available and international or online payments are enabled.
• Ask your bank or payment provider to authorize the transaction.
• Try another payment method shown at checkout.
